First Time Logging in on the New Membership (Member prior to Oct. 2019)

If you were a member prior to October 2019 and have not logged in since then, some things have changed. :-)

At the end of October 2019, we moved the membership platform off of Vimeo/VHX to a new platform. This move gives us so many more options to serve you and keep improving the functionality of the membership site and app. 

If you are subscribed directly through us, you will need to log into the new website with a temporary password. A temporary password was sent to you when we sent out the invites to the new platform in October. Since you are reading this, we can assume that your invite email must have landed in your Spam or gotten lost. No worries though, we can reset your password and get you back in. All you need to do is go to and follow the directions to reset your password. Then delete the old app from all your devices and download the newest apps from the stores. You can sign into the app with the same email address and the new password you set up after you reset your password. 

If you can’t find the password reset email, search all folders for 'Password Reset Instructions'. Add Find What Feels Good to your contacts so you don't miss any Member emails in the future. If you still can't find the password reset email, send us a message with the Contact Us link below and we will help you log in. 

If you are subscribed through an in-app subscription, delete the old Find What Feels Good app and download the newest FWFG app. 

  • For mobile apps: you can restore your Apple or Google Play subscription in the app then proceed from there. If you have any questions about that, please contact App Support directly through the app.
  • For all other apps: please reset your password using the directions above with the password reset link, then sign in to your app and restore your subscription there. If you have any trouble with this, please send us a message through the Contact Us link below.
