How do I restore my iOS app purchase?

If you originally subscribed through the iOS app, you have to restore that purchase first through Apple before you do anything else.

  1. Make sure you have the new white Find What Feels Good app (the one with Benji on it).
  2. Sign in to the new app using the email and the temporary password in the Invite Email that we sent to you. (Can't find that email? Reset your password by going to https://fwfg.com/forgot_password and following the directions to reset your password.)
    • OR If you were already using the new app and need to restore your subscription again, simply sign in then move on to Step 3 below.

3. Click Billing.

4. Click Subscribe Now.

5. Look for the Restore Purchase link a the bottom of this screen. Click that!

After you restore your purchase, everything will unlock and If it doesn't, then please delete the app, restart your device, install the app again, then sign in. That usually does the trick. After you successfully restore your purchase, you will be able to access the videos on the app and on the new membership website at www.fwfg.com.

Please note, when you restore your purchase, Apple may auto-generate a receipt. It will show the restore date and the amount you pay for your subscription but you won't be billed at that time. You should not see a charge on your banking statement until the expected renewal date. Your renewal date carried over from the old membership into the new one because that information is stored with Apple.
